In February 2015, Lumos presented at the Zero Project Conference on independent living and political participation in Vienna, alongside a team of self-advocates from three of our programme countries - Moldova, Bulgaria and the Czech Republic. The conference focused on innovative policies and practices for persons with disabilities.
