Lumos makes recommendations to the Colombian government to advance the transformation and deinstitutionalization of the protection system in the country, based on the evidence from the strategic review.

The results and recommendations have the main objective of providing valuable input to the Colombian State and civil society for the formulation of an action plan towards the transformation of care and the deinstitutionalization of girls, boys and adolescents in the country.
