Leslie Little joined the Lumos USA Board of Directors in 2015 and is the Founder and CEO of E3 Incorporated where she serves as a trusted advisor to global CEO‘s and top teams on innovation, transformational leadership and change management. Leslie is also the Founder and CEO of Icon Images Inc. and an award-winning author, editor, designer and publisher of Paris Icons and Georgetown Icons. She is currently working on a new non-fiction book and screenplay.
In joining the Lumos US Board of Directors in 2015, Leslie brings her extensive experience working across Europe, Africa and Asia pursuing her passion for children’s rights and economic development issues. She has been involved in the process of deinstitutionalization for over 15 years, previously serving as Vice Chairman of the Board for Hope and Homes for Children, and is currently a board member of Barefoot College in India and Evidence for Development. She has also served on the boards of the Lester Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at UC Berkeley and the Sun Valley Opera.
